Over 200 of UN-backed government forces die in Libya

(MENAFN) Over 200 of the UN-backed government forces have died through the past three days in south of the capital Tripoli as said by Libya's east-based rebel army on Tuesday.The army's information center said in a statement that, over 200 of the militias (government forces) have died in the past three days of military processes, counting airstrikes and ground confrontations in the axes and hundreds more of government forces have been wounded as the statement also said. Since early April, the government has been engaged in a fatal armed clash in and around Tripoli against the rebel army, which is trying to control the city and conquer the government.Since the fall of the late leader Gaddafi's government in 2011, Libya has been stuck with violence and political instability.
